In this critical position, you will possess 4 to 8 years of experience in electrical drafting and design for substations. Focus on developing high voltage infrastructure and renewable energy systems while supporting the firm’s mission to enhance sustainability and reliability in power delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design substation layouts including grounding and raceway details
• Execute cable sizing and duct bank calculations
• Create specifications for substation components and equipment
• Review and compile all Physical Electrical packages
• Mentor junior team members in design methodologies
Requirements:
• Electrical Technology diploma required
• Minimum 4 years of relevant electrical design experience
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and MicroStation software
• Knowledge of and ability to adhere to standards
• Solid emphasis on continuous improvement and operational excellence
