MEC seeks an experienced retail leader for their expanding team in Whistler. As a Department Manager, you will drive exceptional member experiences across the sales floor, Cash and Member Service Desk, and Tech Service Shop. Your role is integral in fostering community connections and supporting frontline teams while instilling MEC's values in everyday operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily member service execution on the floor
• Coach teams through real-time observation and feedback
• Oversee Cash and Member Service Desk interactions




• Resolve member issues promptly and effectively
• Champion recruitment, onboarding, and team development

Requirements:
• 1-3 years' experience in retail leadership
• Strong coaching and floor leadership skills
• Ability to analyze service and sales metrics
• Excellent communication skills for resolution handling
