Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the SAFER team to identify potential participants
• Welcome participants and distribute essential supplies




• Monitor substance use and respond to overdose symptoms
• Provide harm reduction resources and referrals
• Maintain a respectful program environment

Requirements:
• Lived experience with criminalized drug use
• Minimum two years in harm reduction settings
• Capacity to manage critical incidents
• Solid ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele
• Knowledge of confidentiality practices
