Support UFA's supply chain as a full-time Supply Chain Administrator with a focus on procurement and operational excellence. Your role involves critical vendor and inventory management.

As part of the Supply Chain and Distribution Department, you report to the Supervisor of Supply Chain Planning and are responsible for managing procurement, inventory tracking, and productive vendor communication. You'll use your organizational skills to enhance workflow and support purchasing strategies throughout the department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute effective materials requirement planning and procurement
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize processes
• Administer purchase orders and ensure delivery timelines




• Manage vendor Incoterms for smooth inbound logistics
• Address accounts payable discrepancies in cooperation with Finance

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
