This permanent position offers 32 to 40 hours per week and requires a commitment to maintaining safety standards. As a lifeguard, you will train staff, monitor activities, and assist clients with special needs. Your work environment will focus on a wet and damp setting, demanding attentiveness and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain logs and records of pool activities
• Train and mentor pool staff effectively
• Ensure safety of all guests in the pool area
• Respond to emergencies with first aid as needed
• Monitor activities to adhere to health regulations

Requirements:
• Valid Lifesaving Bronze Cross certification
• National Lifeguard Service Certification required
• CPR and First Aid certificates necessary
• 7 months to 1 year of experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle required
