You will be responsible for planning and facilitating on-campus and off-campus placements, ensuring that students achieve their learning outcomes effectively. Your collaboration with faculty and industry professionals will ensure that these placements offer valuable insights and real-world experience. This position is ideal for those dedicated to shaping the next generation of healthcare leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage internship programs for health science students
• Work alongside faculty to prepare students for industry readiness
• Establish and maintain industry connections for effective placements
• Monitor and support student performance throughout their internship
• Provide valuable feedback to enhance the experiential learning process
Requirements:
• Three-year college diploma or equivalent degree
• Five years of relevant industry experience
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and presentation skills
• Robust experience in database and project management
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
