Empower children’s growth with Sea to Sky Community Services as a Part time Program Support Worker. This role centers on inclusive practices for children needing extra support.

As part of SSCS, you will implement developmental goals in collaboration with the Supported Child Development Consultant and fellow staff. Your role encompasses planning activities, fostering collaboration with families, and ensuring developmental appropriateness. Candidates should have relevant educational credentials and experience in childcare.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging activities for all children
• Assist children with daily living and developmental activities
• Work collaboratively with staff to ensure programming success




• Attend to documentation and child progress meetings
• Participate in parent-professional conference discussions

Requirements:
• ECE certificate or childcare-related qualification required
• Two years of experience working with children preferred
• Current First Aid certification essential
• Knowledge of special needs education preferred
• Successful completion of a criminal record review
