Worley seeks a technically proficient Principal Project Planner with over 15 years’ experience in major capital projects. You will be responsible for leading the planning functions on intricate engineering projects, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and managing schedule risks. Your comprehensive skill set will assist our clients in navigating project challenges in oil & gas, pipelines, and mining.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create integrated schedules for capital projects
• Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions




• Provide strategic input during proposal and execution phases
• Develop and align engineering work plans
• Analyze schedule risks with Monte Carlo tools

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in engineering, Construction Management or relevant field
• 15+ years in EPC or EPCM project planning
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
• Experience with earned value and risk analysis tools
• Preferred certifications: PMP, AACE PSP, PMI-SP
