NACG is seeking Skilled Ground Workers to support our safe mining operations in Fort McMurray. Earn up to $36.17/hour and take advantage of growth opportunities.

In this position at NACG, your focus will be on ensuring efficient operations at the mining site, including various hands-on tasks. Responsibilities involve snow removal, driving light vehicles for site operations, and the proper use of safety equipment. You’ll operate within a team committed to maintaining high safety standards as members of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 955.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate snow removal and site maintenance
• Operate light vehicles and assist in daily tasks
• Install culverts and manage site infrastructure
• Handle hand tools and perform various labor duties
• Comply with safety regulations and policies

Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in labor-intensive roles
• At least 1 year in a mining context
• Capability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Proficient in English communication
