Based in Acheson, Kichton Contracting Ltd is looking to hire a Topman/Woman for its outdoor projects around Edmonton. This role is ideal for someone adaptable and physically fit, with a solid background in managing geodetic elevations and mentoring fellow laborers. Your role will include managing materials, preparing installations, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols while working weather-dependent shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain gradebook and drawings on site
• Work with teams to set up and protect transit




• Mentor laborers while capturing accurate site data
• Safely rig and prepare structures for installation
• Maintain protected working conditions and report hazards timely

Requirements:
• At least one year of topman/woman experience
• Must hold a Class 5 driver's license
• Physically fit with ability to lift 50lbs
• CSTS2020 and ground disturbance certifications are necessary
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
