This role requires strong expertise in industrial HVAC maintenance, particularly in manufacturing environments. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, gas-fired systems, and more to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair various HVAC systems and components
• Maintain and repair chilled water systems and cooling towers
• Install and service gas-fired equipment per regulations




• Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Document work accurately using a Computerized Maintenance Management System

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic – 313A License
• Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial HVAC
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems
• Robust troubleshooting skills with tools
• Completion of a related college diploma
