What You’ll Do Customer Service & Relationship Management Act as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process. Respond to customer, service, warranty, and production inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Provide regular updates on job progress and repair timelines. Prepare repair estimates and customer quotations. Obtain purchase orders and support customer approvals. Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.

Service & Work Order Coordination Coordinate the setup and administration of service work orders. Review service history, maintenance records, and supporting documentation to support repair planning. Ensure work orders align with agreed scope, budget, and timelines. Maintain accurate records and updates in business systems throughout the repair process. Coordinate transportation, contractor services, and other job-related logistics as required.

Operational Support Support service supervisors and operations teams throughout repair execution. Monitor job progress and proactively communicate risks, delays, or concerns. Participate in scheduling and planning meetings to support service delivery commitments. Track action items and assist in driving work orders through completion.

Job Closure & Documentation Ensure documentation, warranty information, service reports, and supporting records are complete and accurate. Assist with invoicing and work order close‑out activities. Follow up on outstanding items to support timely billing and job completion. Maintain compliance with company processes and service excellence standards.

What You’ll Bring High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience.
Strong administrative and coordination skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.




Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
Preferred Experience Experience in service coordination, administration, logistics, maintenance, repair, construction, mining, forestry, oil and gas, or industrial environments.
Experience working in a heavy equipment dealership or related industry is considered an asset.
Knowledge of warranty, invoicing, estimates, or service operations is beneficial.
Technical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and software applications.
Experience with service management systems is an asset.
