As part of a dedicated team at the Recovery Centre, your primary focus will be on providing empathy-driven care coordination for clients affected by addictions and mental health issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and coordinate client support effectively
• Deliver crisis intervention when necessary
• Work with clients across a broad age spectrum
• Maintain adherence to ethical and skilled standards
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team for holistic care
Requirements:
• College diploma in a relevant field preferred
• Experience in mental health and addictions is essential
• Knowledge of the relevant legislation required
