AEO is looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill part time Brand Ambassador roles. You will actively engage with customers using the AEO Selling Model, educate them about products, and promote the loyalty program. Your ability to adapt will allow you to excel in various areas of the store, providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with guests using a friendly and helpful approach.
• Make tailored product suggestions based on guest needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to enhance customer engagement.
• Assist in Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve any guest concerns while following company guidelines.
Requirements:
• Enjoy interacting with customers and providing help.
• Previous retail experience is preferred; must be at least 16.
• Energetic with the ability to manage multiple tasks in retail.
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
