The job involves:

- Providing remarkable service, by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs
- Taking guest orders over the phone, providing guests with alternatives and suggestions by up selling menu items
- Preparing and delivering food and drink orders
- Balancing transactions in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available
- Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
- Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in food and beverage environment
- Smart Serve certification
- Strong organizational, multitasking, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Micros software
