We are looking for a freelancer to empower Sephora retailers with Tatcha’s luxurious skincare wisdom. This role includes educating sales associates on effective selling techniques, nurturing partnerships within stores, and reaching sales objectives. Your work will encompass flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to optimize store engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Educate Sephora associates about Tatcha skincare
• Meet or exceed sales targets within assigned locales
• Develop strong relationships with store staff
• Oversee store inventory management procedures
• Coordinate with Tatcha to resolve stock challenges

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in beauty sales
• Must have worked at Sephora previously
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required
• Experience in building in-store relationships
• Must demonstrate accountability and strong time management
