Avana seeks a Construction Lead to support growing development initiatives. You will report directly to the Site Superintendent, focusing on the completion of multi-unit and commercial projects. Your role involves hands-on supervisory tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines, specifications, and budgetary limits while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform carpentry, labor tasks, and site safety checks
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
• Oversee daily operations and support QA/QC efforts




• Manage relationships with trades, vendors, and suppliers
• Represent Avana at community events and meetings

Requirements:
• At least three years of supervisory construction experience
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety practices
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract
• Willingness to complete a criminal record check
