Join Island Health as a Full time Administrative Assistant I, providing vital support to clinical programs. Your role will focus on enhancing communication and coordination from 08:00 to 16:25.

This position requires an organized individual who can execute secretarial tasks efficiently within a large health care organization. You will be part of an administrative team, reporting to the Director and ensuring our shared commitment to safety and quality in patient care. A completion of Grade 12 and three years of related experience are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out secretarial and administrative duties effectively
• Assist in organizational communication and process




• Manage office tasks with a high level of organization
• Operate related office equipment proficiently
• Uphold safety protocols and standards in tasks

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 and relevant coursework
• 3 years of administrative experience required
• Strong typing and organizational abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job
