Tim Hortons in Shawinigan, Quebec is looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join their team. This is a permanent position based at 1600 rue Trudel, Shawinigan, QC.
Salary: $17.10/hour, 80 hours bi-weekly
Responsibilities Supervise team members during assigned shifts to ensure efficient and high-quality service
Coordinate staff tasks and breaks to maintain smooth restaurant operations
Monitor food preparation and presentation to uphold Tim Hortons quality standards
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
Support training and development of new team members
Manage opening and closing procedures as required
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
Requirements Secondary (high)



school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
1 year to less than 2 years of relevant supervisory or food service experience
Leadership skills to guide and motivate a team
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, days, and weekends
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Schedule Early morning, morning, day, evening, weekend shifts available.
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience; 1 year to less than 2 years of supervisory or food service experience
