Amentum is hiring an Industrial Mechanical Technician to enhance our operations and maintenance team. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of critical facility systems in a large industrial environment.
As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will deploy your skills in diagnosing HVAC systems, compressors, and other industrial equipment. You'll perform both preventive and corrective maintenance while managing work orders. Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair HVAC and cooling systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance using CMMS
• Perform expertise in electrical control systems
• Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Operate various hand tools and diagnostic equipment
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum five years in mechanical maintenance
• Experience with industrial HVAC systems
• Knowledge of 480V electrical systems
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
