As a role model, you will facilitate community engagement and support your peers while managing administrative tasks and emergencies. This full time role requires on-site residence and flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate educational initiatives and social events
• Enforce community living standards and address conflicts
• Mentor and guide residents through challenges




• Conduct regular meetings with Residence staff and students
• Assist with training sessions and operational tasks

Requirements:
• Prior leadership experience is highly valued
• Must possess First Aid & CPR Level “C” certification
• Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Dedication to fostering a supportive community environment
