Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and model short-term and long-term incentive plans
• Conduct market benchmarking to inform executive recommendations
• Transform complex compensation data into actionable insights




• Ensure efficiency of Compensation and Talent Committee materials
• Utilize automation to streamline proxy preparation processes

Requirements:
• 7+ years in compensation, finance, or related fields
• Robust expertise in data analysis tools like Power BI
• Background in regulatory compliance and executive compensation practices
• Ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
• Interest in modernizing workflows with AI methods
