Join EHN Canada as an Addiction Treatment Support Worker in Fort Steele, BC. This full time position prioritizes compassionate care and structured support for those in recovery.

In this role, you will liaise with clinical staff to implement effective treatment strategies while assisting patients through their rehabilitation journey. You will be responsible for life skills teaching, facilitating group discussions, and ensuring patient safety during non-clinical hours. Your efforts will contribute significantly to a supportive community that fosters recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor patient activities in absence of counseling staff
• Support patients facing emotional challenges
• Manage the security of the facility in the evening
• Document significant events during your shift
• Assist with housekeeping and clerical tasks

Requirements:
• Health Care Worker educational certification
• Experience in trauma-informed care
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
