Under the guidance of the Manager of Independent Living, the Service Coordinator will oversee the IL program's service and housing aspects. This role involves planning learning activities based on individual needs while maintaining partnerships with housing providers. Your work will empower individuals, enhancing their independence and social inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Solicit feedback to prioritize learning activities
• Attend ISQLP meetings for community resource identification
• Maintain an inventory of resources and materials
• Develop plans for regular activities and events
• Provide direct support in learning sessions and emergencies
Requirements:
• Class 5 driver's license; willingness to obtain Class 4
• Prior experience in facilitating group activities
• First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Explicit criminal record (covered by CLS)
• Reliable vehicle access
