In this pivotal role, you will oversee roadway design from conceptualization to completion for both provincial and municipal projects. With over 15 years of experience in roadway and highway design, you will provide mentorship to junior engineers and ensure compliance with highway engineering standards. Your work will influence urban and rural infrastructure, contributing to sustainable growth and resilient communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead roadway design projects from concept to completion
• Prepare and review technical reports and design deliverables




• Perform quality control reviews on design models
• Conduct initial site inspections and constructability reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and build client relationships

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
• Minimum 15 years of roadway design experience
• Extensive knowledge of Civil 3D and related software
• Valid Ontario driver's license and insured vehicle
