Position Overview
The Leasing & Operations Representative is responsible for driving venue growth through leasing, relationship management, and field operations. This role manages the process from identifying and securing new venues through installation, training, ongoing maintenance, and account management. The Representative serves as a key company ambassador and is expected to consistently deliver White Glove Service to all venue partners.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Business Development
• Research, identify, qualify, and secure high-potential venues, including
restaurants, bars, lounges, nightclubs, and other hospitality and entertainment
establishments.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with venue owners, operators, managers, and key decision-makers.
• Present and demonstrate the company's digital media products, clearly
communicating their value, revenue potential, and benefits to venue partners.
• Negotiate and secure leasing agreements in accordance with company
objectives and guidelines.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently pursue new venue opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and in-person outreach.
• Introduce new and innovative media products and identify opportunities to
expand existing venue relationships.
• Track leasing activity, contracts, inventory, and performance metrics using
company databases and systems.
• Provide regular updates and measurable results during weekly meetings.
Operations & Venue Management
• Coordinate with Operations, Digital, Content Delivery, and other internal teams to ensure seamless product installation and activation.
• Manage onsite installations while minimizing disruption to venue operations and maintaining a professional customer experience.
• Train venue staff on product use,



functionality, and basic maintenance,
providing refresher training as required.
• Conduct routine venue visits to monitor product performance, identify
maintenance needs, and proactively address issues.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, replacements, and technical support with
internal Operations teams.
• Follow up on service issues to ensure timely resolution and venue satisfaction.
• Maintain strong ongoing relationships with venue partners and identify
opportunities for account growth and improved service.
• Uphold the company's White Glove Service standards through exceptional
communication, responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship
management.
National Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the company's Client Exclusivity Program nationally, working closely with local representatives to ensure consistent execution,
communication, and program growth across markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with national clients and key
stakeholders associated with the Exclusivity Program.
• Partner with local market representatives to identify opportunities, coordinate
execution, share best practices, and ensure national program objectives are
achieved.
• Serve as a subject-matter resource by providing guidance, expertise, and
support to local teams on markets and accounts with which you have prior
experience.




• Support other markets as needed by leveraging existing market knowledge,
relationships, industry expertise, and proven best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership and local teams to identify opportunities for national growth, cross-market initiatives, and improved client and venue performance.
Experience & Qualifications
• Proven track record in sales, business development, leasing, or account
management.
• Experience with the food & beverage, hospitality, entertainment, or nightlife industries is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building
skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently in a
fast-paced, field-based environment.
• Strong customer-service mindset and proven ability to resolve problems
effectively.
• Technical aptitude and experience troubleshooting digital products or
equipment is an asset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both national and local teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel for meetings, prospecting, installations, and
venue visits, with up to 70% of the work week spent on the road.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required by venue operations.
Key Success Measures
Success in this role will be measured by venue acquisition and leasing performance, national Exclusivity Program growth and execution, quality of venue and client relationships, successful installations and product uptime, customer satisfaction, account growth, cross-market support, and consistent delivery of White Glove Service.
