Job Title: Warehouse Shipper / Receiver
Location: Dartmouth, NS
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

The Warehouse Shipper / Receiver will support daily warehouse operations by receiving product, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a variety of products and materials.

Responsibilities:

- Receive, pick, pack, label, and ship products to customers
- Track and organize product locations within the warehouse
- Restock and replenish bins as required
- Prepare pallet loads accurately and complete quality checks on products
- Check goods for quality in shipping and receiving areas
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pump trucks, or pallet jacks, if certified
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse area
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
- Assist in other warehouse areas as needed




- Complete department-related administrative tasks as required
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or similar role
- Able to lift 40 to 50 lbs. as required
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, moving, and arranging boxes or products while standing, bending, stooping, or kneeling
- Comfortable handling products of various sizes, including pipes, toilets, bathtubs, and related materials
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a quick-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Forklift experience and certification for counterbalance or reach truck considered an asset
- CSA-approved safety footwear required
