Job Title: Production Associate

Job Type: Temporary Ongoing (4-5 months with possibility for extension)

Location: Pickering, Ontario

Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay Rate: $20.00

The Production Associate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day production and warehouse operations for an established manufacturing company in Pickering. Main duties will include unrolling hoses, installing end fittings, testing, and packaging finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Unroll and prepare hoses for assembly
- Install end fittings onto hoses
- Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, and tape measures
- Test assembled hoses to ensure they meet requirements
- Roll and secure completed hose assemblies
- Package finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with general shop duties
- Perform other warehouse and shop duties as required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in general assembly,



warehouse, manufacturing, or a hands-on setting is an asset
- Comfortable and experienced using basic hand tools
- Ability to use tools such as hammers, saws, and tape measures safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail when assembling and testing products
- Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work
- Able to lift and handle materials as required, including items up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
