SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

JOB SUMMARY:
The incumbent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the activities and staff of the Reception, Admissions, and Clinical Records department for their zone. They ensure the efficiency and quality of the services provided, making certain that they meet the needs of patients and clinical teams. They also ensure adherence to current policies, procedures, and standards, while fostering continuous practice improvement, process optimization, and a positive experience for patients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Services Management, or another related field;
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in supervision and personnel management;
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered;
- Certification in Health Information Management, an asset;
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other software used within the Network (Meditech, 3M);
- Thorough knowledge of standards and legislation related to clinical information management and the disclosure of personal health information;
- Leadership, initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills;
- Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to establish priorities and achieve objectives;
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to understand and align actions with organizational needs and priorities;
- Availability to travel within the Zone;
- Ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
- Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to qualified ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.
