Customer Service Representative (Part‑Time) – Vaughan Mills

Job Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional service to clients and associates at the cash desk.
- Perform daily cash handling, including opening/closing registers and processing all sales transactions.
- Bag and issue purchased products on behalf of customers.
- Answer store phones and maintain the service desk.
- Update and maintain client information files, including membership in the Harry Loyalty program.
- Assist with inter‑store transfer processing and e‑commerce requests and shipments.
- Assist clients who have purchased online but are picking up products in store.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client‑facing service desk role.
- Strong service orientation and desire to wow customers.
- Detail oriented with strong multi‑tasking skills.
- Interest in technology and its application to retail customer service.




- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.

Compensation

$17.75 per hour.
