As a Registered Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care and supervise care delivery while fostering teamwork. You’ll be tasked with developing effective care plans, training staff, and advocating for residents and families, all contributing to our values of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized care plans based on residents' health needs
• Coordinate with medical staff and families for optimal care
• Monitor PSW and RPN performance on the unit
• Actively ensure resident rights and care quality are upheld
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all nursing actions

Requirements:
• Licensed RN with Competence Certificate in Ontario
• CPR certification required
• Background in long-term care is beneficial
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to complete TB testing and background checks
