We are looking to add a Retail Operations Manager tolead the day-to-day execution and performance of WCLC's retail operations network. Responsible for delivering operational excellence across retailer support, retailer engagement, field execution, retail programs, inventory coordination, and performance management. The Manager partners closely with provincial stakeholders, retailers, technologyteamsand internal business functions to ensure a consistent and effective retail experience that supports sales growth, retailersatisfactionand operational efficiency across alljurisdictions.

Accountabilities Lead the execution and continuous improvement of retail operations programs,processesand standards across the WCLC retail network.
Manage retailer performance programs including retailer communications, issue resolution, engagement initiatives, sales contests, recognitionprogramsand operational support.
Partner with provincial and territorial stakeholders toidentifyoperational opportunities, resolve issues and improve retailer execution and prioritization of lottery.
Lead retail performance reporting and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales, operationalefficiencyand retailer effectiveness.
Oversee retail inventory coordination processes, including terminal deployment, merchandising assets, lotteryequipmentand operational readiness activities.
Support execution of National Gateway initiatives, technology upgrades, productlaunchesand retail transformation projects within the retail network.
Lead field execution standards, retailerauditsand retail experience assessments to ensure consistent delivery of the WCLC brand and player experience.
Build and develop strong relationships with provincial partners and operational stakeholders to support collaboration and execution excellence.




Lead,coachand develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, continuousimprovementand player/retailer-first thinking.
Experience & Qualifications 7+ years of experience in retail operations, consumer packaged goods (CPG), sales operations, accountmanagementor a related field.
Proven experience managing retail programs across multiple locations,bannersor territories.
Experience partnering with retailers to drive sales, improve execution and deliver operational results.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving operations, marketing, product,logisticsand technology
Strong communication, stakeholdermanagementand relationship-building skills.
Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce,Marketingor a related discipline is preferred.
