This full-time Registered Nurse (RN) role focuses on providing comprehensive home care services. You will assess client needs, develop and implement care plans, and act as a consultant to healthcare partners. Your collaborative efforts will enhance the quality of care and support clients' health and independence throughout Edmonton.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough needs assessments for clientele
• Deliver skilled nursing services in client homes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on care delivery




• Oversee case management and resource coordination
• Support student learning by mentoring and teaching

Requirements:
• Accredited nursing program completion required
• Current practice permit eligibility with CRNA
• Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider certified
• Minimum two years of relevant nursing experience
• Proficient in computer programs and organizational skills
