Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage client files from start to finish
• Advise clients on construction and commercial disputes
• Represent clients in court and advocacy settings
• Draft essential legal documents and contracts
• Develop tailored litigation strategies and solutions

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of post-call experience
• Active membership in the Law Society of Alberta
• Solid experience in litigation and contracts
• Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills
• Business-minded approach to legal services
