MNP is seeking a Legal Counsel - Technology & Digital (Commercial Contracts) to support its Legal & Risk Management team in Winnipeg. You will draft, review and negotiate software licensing, cloud and managed services agreements, and provide pragmatic risk-based advice for technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years post-call experience, is a licensed Alberta attorney, and can navigate IP, privacy, and cybersecurity issues in quick-paced environments.
