Thrive Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance Team. You will assist in financial services across four member organizations, develop budgets, and prepare financial reports. With your expertise, you'll help ensure the organization operates within key financial regulations and promotes a culture of engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with development and monitoring of agency budgets
• Prepare internal financial documentation and reports
• Recommend cost-saving measures to leadership
• Establish and maintain accounting policies
• Prepare working papers for year-end audits
Requirements:
• Business Administration or Accounting degree
• At least three years in accounting, ideally non-profit
• Strong knowledge of financial practices and legislation
• Proven communication and organizational skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
