As the Executive Director at BC Timber Sales, you'll lead a vital organization within the Ministry of Forests. This position demands deep expertise in resource management, with a focus on driving performance and developing sustainable practices. Your role includes developing policy and overseeing financial strategies, requiring collaboration with diverse stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic planning for provincial forestry operations
• Cultivate relationships with First Nations and key partners
• Enhance organizational performance and operational efficiency




• Manage complex financial and procurement processes
• Direct initiatives in sustainable resource management

Requirements:
• At least 10 years in senior corporate leadership
• Degree in Forestry, Resource Management, or related fields
• Proven experience in policy development
• Robust procurement and financial management skills
• Applicants who are Registered Professional Foresters preferred
