As a Registered Nurse reporting to the Director of Care, your role will include performing assessments, updating service plans, and facilitating care transitions for residents. Your expertise in care coordination and patient education will enhance our residents' well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive resident care assessments
• Manage scheduling of care conferences
• Safeguard and administer medications
• Provide family education regarding care plans
• Supervise nursing staff in medication administration
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse license in your Province/State
• Previous experience with elderly care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation skills
• Strong critical thinking and delegation abilities
• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
