As a full-time member of the Santevia team, you will engage in research and development coupled with oversight of quality assurance activities. Your expertise will guide product formulation, testing processes, and the resolution of quality-related challenges. You’ll develop SOPs that enhance operational consistency and quality compliance in line with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the development of innovative water filtration products
• Evaluate the technical feasibility of materials and formulations
• Schedule and oversee necessary quality tests




• Document and report quality assessments throughout production
• Ensure compliance with quality standards across all operations

Requirements:
• Background in chemistry focused on consumer products
• Capability to design, implement, and analyze test criteria
• Knowledge of quality control best practices
• Experience in supplier evaluation and process assessment
• Proficient in communicating technical information effectively
