Contribute to groundbreaking bioprinted tissue therapeutics at Aspect Biosystems as an Associate in Process Development. Collaborate with a agile team on innovative projects to enhance therapeutic solutions.

In this associate role, you will support the manufacturing and development of bioprinted tissue therapeutics while adhering to regulatory compliance. Your education in biomedical or life sciences will be essential as you engage in process optimization and ensure adherence to industry best practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to push forward the limits of regenerative medicine, targeting end-stage diseases.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support BTT manufacturing for GMP and R&D; objectives
• Prepare necessary materials in accordance with GDP




• Assist in optimization and scale-up of production processes
• Conduct routine maintenance of bioprinting equipment
• Develop studies to enhance BTT processes and methods

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
• 1-2 years experience in biomanufacturing environments
• Familiar with GMP and GDP protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Strong communicator with a results-driven mindset
