Must Haves
3+ years in a client-facing full-cycle recruitment role managing high-volume recruitment
Applicant tracking systems and requisition management
Early Careers recruitment supporting interns, co-op students, and new graduate hiring
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, Finance, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered
Nice to Have
Recruitment experience within mining, potash, agriculture, industrial, manufacturing, or raw materials sectors
High-volume campus recruiting experience
Interest in longer-term recruitment opportunities
Responsibilities
Support Retail business priorities by delivering talent to the business
Manage full-cycle recruitment including candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection
Liaise with hiring leaders to create Diversity, Equity and Inclusion recruitment strategies
Guide hiring leaders through the hiring process and talent selection activities
Assist stakeholders with candidate reviews and recruitment activities
Participate in business discussions to support talent delivery priorities
Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities

Early Careers recruitment supporting interns, co-op students, and new graduate hiring
