The Registered Nurse reports to the Patient Care Manager and collaborates closely with the entire health care team. This position requires a commitment to Person-Focused Care and a strong foundation in emergency nursing. With two years of recent emergency experience or relevant qualifications, you will ensure high-quality patient care through effective communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and care for Emergency/Trauma patients
• Implement interventions and educate patients/families




• Advocate for patient needs within the healthcare team
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Support initiatives for Person-Centered Care

Requirements:
• Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred
• Two years of recent emergency experience
• Current B.C.L.S. and A.C.L.S. certifications
• Commitment to continuing education and quality improvement
