Join our small-town evangelical Chinese church as a Lead Pastor. We are looking for an individual with a transparent calling for pastoral care and outreach ministry.

The ideal candidate will hold a strong adherence to evangelical Christian faith and demonstrate sound biblical doctrine. A servant heart and passion for evangelism, discipleship, and community engagement is essential. Your three or more years of ministry experience in North America will inform your leadership style as you innovate church outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive pastoral care for the congregation
• Lead evangelism and discipleship efforts within the church
• Work closely with deacons and ministry leaders
• Plan and execute community outreach programs
• Cultivate spiritual growth among church members

Requirements:
• Accredited seminary degree with formal training
• At least three years of pastoral experience preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese for ministry
• Strong vision for small-town church impacts
• English skills are a plus
