As an Occupational Therapist, you will join CFASA’s multidisciplinary team, developing and implementing supports aligned with best practices in neurodiversity-affirming therapy. This full-time position offers a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, with evening hours as needed. You will engage deeply with families and communities to ensure inclusive support that promotes autonomy and access to essential activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer dedicated occupational therapy within a collaborative team
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to guide therapy




• Support inclusive programming in diverse environments
• Facilitate community workshops focused on skill development
• Document services and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
• Registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
• Robust organizational and communication strengths
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Satisfactory background checks
