Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely responses to spare parts requests
• Create and manage accurate quotations
• Maintain sales orders in D365 ERP




• Clarify specifications with engineering teams
• Foster solid relationships with customer accounts

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or customer service
• Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred
• Technical diploma or relevant degree in related fields
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
