MAGroup Tecnickrome Aéronautique is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to support our aerospace manufacturing and finishing operations. The incumbent will act as a technical quality resource, ensuring product compliance with customer requirements while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Verify product compliance with drawings, specifications, standards, procedures, and customer requirements .

Analyze and manage non-conformances, internal rejects, MRB, rework, and customer returns , including investigations, follow-up, and communication.

Evaluate warranty returns and support the investigation and resolution of customer complaints.

Act as a technical resource for inspectors , providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure consistent application of quality requirements.

Review and validate repairs and overhaul (R&O;) activities against customer requirements and internal process capabilities.

Develop, review, and maintain inspection methods, procedures, and inspection plans .

Collaborate with Production, Technical Services, and Special Process teams to ensure process and product compliance.

Provide technical quality support to production teams and participate in quality clinics, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives .

Promote a culture of Compliance, Customer Satisfaction, Integrity, and Excellence .

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Metallurgical, or related field) or DEC/college diploma with relevant experience .

Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment; aerospace experience strongly preferred .

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, and technical standards .

Knowledge of metrology, dimensional inspection, and measurement equipment .

Good knowledge of AS9100 ; NADCAP experience is an asset.

Knowledge of special processes , such as surface treatments, chemical processing, coatings, NDT, shot peening, etc., is an asset.

Strong judgment, attention to detail, integrity, and teamwork.

Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound technical decisions based on applicable documentation.

Fluency in French and English , both spoken and written.

Experience with TCS or a manufacturing management system is an asset.

Primarily office-based, with regular presence on the production floor and occasional handling of parts for inspection.
