Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain building control and HVAC systems
• Conduct inspections and repairs on mechanical systems




• Develop and sustain a Preventative Maintenance schedule
• Utilize Building Maintenance System to manage operations
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks

Requirements:
• Certification in Maintenance or equivalent
• Preferred Systems Maintenance Technician certification
• 3-5 years in plant/building operations
• Infection Control Certification
• Valid Class G Driver's License
