You will manage inquiries, enhance materials, and support program delivery and communications. Your focus will center on data-driven insights, content creation, and process improvements to optimize learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle learning inquiries and resolve Tier 1 issues.
• Create FAQs and knowledge articles from trends.
• Administer Workday Learning and ensure course accuracy.
• Prepare analytics and reports,



translating data into insights.
• Moderate virtual sessions for smooth participant experiences.

Requirements:
• 3+ years in Learning & Development or HR roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Workday, and SharePoint.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience producing metrics and dashboard insights.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
