As a hands-on coordinator, you will work with site leadership and workers to promote compliance with health and safety regulations. Your responsibilities will include conducting hazard assessments, delivering training sessions, and maintaining safety documentation. The role requires expertise in Ontario's health and safety legislation and a commitment to fostering a positive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safety audits and inspections regularly
• Identify hazards and implement corrective measures
• Support compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act




• Conduct safety orientations and toolbox talks
• Assist in monitoring high-risk activities in construction

Requirements:
• Education in Occupational Health and Safety or related fields
• Two+ years of health and safety experience in construction
