As a Lead Hand, you will be pivotal in managing installations and guiding apprentices while ensuring projects meet the Canadian Electrical Code. Your expertise will enhance on-site safety practices and documentation, making a direct impact on the success of the projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install electrical systems following blueprints and regulations
• Inspect equipment for safety and performance issues
• Lead and mentor apprentices and Journeypersons in daily work

Requirements:
• Must hold a Journeyperson Electrician ticket (Red Seal)
• Proven experience in high-rise or commercial construction
